4CE Force is an innovative brand of welding technology products, developed and manufactured by Translas. The product line includes eye-catching models of MIG and TIG torches and helmets with fresh-air systems. In addition to their design, all 4CE Force products stand out in terms of comfort, quality, ergonomics and a functionality that has never before been seen on the market. Over 50 years of experience in welding technology has yielded a range of durable products which enable welders to carry out their day-to-day work more enjoyably and efficiently. 4CE Force products are available only through a selective dealer network in more than 40 countries.

Developed by and for welders who prefer solid, reliable products, high cooling capacity and easy operation.

Unique handle
In developing 4CE MIG welding torches we have paid a great deal of attention to comfort, and this is borne out in the oval shape of the handle, which means the torch sits comfortably in the hand and will not easily slip out of the glove. The handle has also been designed in such a way that the finger used to switch on and off is partially protected against radiation heat.

Durable swan neck
Swan neck is fixed into the handle, so that even after intensive use the swan neck will not rotate inside the handle. In addition, in water-cooled models the swan neck is partially nickel-plated, reducing wear from removing the nozzle over and over again.

Great cooling capacity
Unique new cooling channel system ensures higher heat emission and a 15% higher cooling capacity in comparison to conventional swan necks.

4CE Force contact tips
4CE MIG tips last up to five times longer than standard copper contact tips.

4CE FORCE TIG TORCHES

Made for the finer welding jobs, and are therefore small and easy to operate.

Closed switching system
Prevents the penetration of dirt and moisture into the housing.

Multiple button switch
Available with 2, 3, and 4-button switch and/or an integrated potentiometer and lever switch.

Water and gas-cooled
Available in both water and gas-cooled models.

Standard or heavy duty
- Standard line available in a capacity of 80 - 350 amp (5XT line);
- heavy-duty line available in a capacity of 160 - 450 amp with modified cooling systems and spare parts (6XT line).

Durable
- Ball-and-socket joint on the back of the handle;
- leather outer sheathing over the first 50 cm behind the handle;
- easily dismantled with 5 screws;
- suitable for the majority of common machine connections.

AirForce fresh-air combination

Under its 4CE Force brand, Translas also markets its own welding helmet with a fresh-air system. The AirForce fresh-air combination filters the ambient air to a factor of 50, so that every welder can protect him or herself against harmful welding fumes in a comfortable way. The AirForce fresh-air combination comprises a Force 700 helmet with automatic cartridge and the AirForce fresh-air system. As well as its exclusive and eye-catching design, the fresh-air combination sets itself apart with its pleasant comfort of use, cartridge functionality and a fresh-air system that works perfectly.
