Innovative products for the welding industry
Translas is the only manufacturer in the Netherlands of welding torches with over 50 years of experience in the development and manufacture of products for the welding process. Translas markets its products under the brand names Translas, Dutchweld and 4CE Force via a selective dealer network in more than 40 countries. Translas is a flexible organisation with its own marketing, sales, production and distribution facilities, which plays a trendsetting role in the development of innovative products. High product quality, contemporary design and a high degree of reliability of service are always our starting points. Development and production are entirely accommodated at our site in Nieuwegein.

Continuous development
Translas works continuously to develop new products in order to further simplify the day-to-day practice of welding and increase the areas of application. As such, Translas has been able to optimise the cooling of its welding torches to such an extent that the swan necks cool down quickly even at high amperages. At the moment, Translas is working on the development of a universal connector for TIG welding torches.

A complete range for the manual welder
In addition to MIG and TIG welding torches, plasma cutters and the accompanying components, Translas supplies a full range for the manual welder. This range encompasses 4CE Force welding helmets with fresh air systems, Guide safety gloves and Swiss One safety glasses. This enables dealers to offer their customers a wide range of quality products.

Products for specific uses
Non-standard applications in the welding industry demand special solutions or modifications to existing products. With years of experience in this area, Translas is able to develop customer-specific solutions and manufacture them in-house. For instance, Translas has developed modified nozzles, torches for specific applications and impact sensors for welding robots and has manufactured them for a range of customers.
